Governing Services and Rentals Provided by Marshall’s Northern Nevada Services
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Marshall’s Northern Nevada Services, including Marshall’s Septic Care (MSC) and Marshall’s Sanitation Care (MASC). These Terms govern all service work, dumpster rentals, and site logistics provided within the Reno, Sparks, and Fallon, NV service area.
By confirming a booking, accepting a quote, or taking delivery of rental equipment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Our goal is always transparent, reliable service; we take care of your business by setting clear expectations.
1. General Acceptance and Service Agreement
1.1. Acceptance: These Terms are effective upon the Client’s request for service or rental quote and confirmation of booking via telephone, email, or our online portal.
1.2. Service Area: Services are provided exclusively within the defined Northern Nevada service corridor (Reno, Sparks, Fallon, and surrounding Washoe County areas).
2. Marshall’s Septic Care (MSC) – Service Terms
These terms apply to specialized services including septic pumping, leach field repair, and residential excavation.
2.1. Site Readiness and Access: The Client must ensure clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the work area (e.g., septic tank lid, excavation site). If access is blocked, resulting in trip charges or rescheduling, the Client will be responsible for fees.
2.2. Underground Systems:
* Excavation: For services requiring utility trenching services Reno or deep digging, the Client must accurately mark all private utility lines (e.g., propane, irrigation, electrical). Marshall’s will contact 811 for public utility locates. Marshall’s is not responsible for damage to unmarked or privately run utilities.
* Septic System: If a service requires digging to locate or access a septic tank (in the absence of risers), the Client accepts that Marshall’s licensed team will perform necessary excavation and will not be liable for incidental damage to surrounding landscape or hardscape (e.g., plants, grass) during the access process.
2.3. Warranty: All septic and excavation work, including new septic system installation, is warranted against defects in workmanship for a period defined in the written service contract, provided the Client adheres to all system maintenance requirements.
3. Marshall’s Sanitation Care (MASC) – Rental Terms
These terms apply to equipment rentals, including roll off container rental Reno and luxury restroom trailer rental Reno.
3.1. Prohibited Materials (Dumpsters): The Client is strictly prohibited from placing hazardous, toxic, flammable, or regulated materials (e.g., tires, wet paint, chemicals, batteries, biological waste) into any construction dumpster rental Reno. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, fines, and environmental cleanup costs borne by the Client.

3.3. Equipment Damage: The Client is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of all rental equipment (dumpsters, portable toilets, luxury trailers) from the time of delivery until pickup. The Client will be liable for the repair or replacement cost of any equipment damaged beyond normal wear and tear (e.g., fire, theft, abuse).

4. Billing, Payment, and Cancellation
4.1. Payment Terms: Payment for services (MSC) is due upon completion unless otherwise specified. Payment for rentals (MASC) may require an upfront deposit or full payment prior to delivery.
4.2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
* MSC Services: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the confirmed service time. Failure to do so may result in a non-refundable trip charge.
* MASC Rentals: Cancellations for standard rentals must be made 48 hours in advance. Luxury restroom trailer rental Reno cancellations require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Limitation of Liability
Marshall’s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or rental equipment. Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service or rental in question.
